We are a consultancy to SMME businesses. SANMAH was founded, in 2008, by a Business Analyst and Project Manager, who had worked, as at that time, in the Banking sector (Retail and Merchant Banking), for 12 years.
Since 2008, the founder was contracted to a large South African bank and government, via SANMAH. In these engagements it was starkly clear to the founder that South Africa needed to grow its economic output to alleviate the poverty and strife in civil society. Smaller businesses that are more dynamic and proactive is what is needed in our economy. A team was established to focus on clients who had established their own businesses.
SANMAH relies on the services of skilled independent contractors to meet the demands of our clients in all project roles where we are engaged. SANMAH works purely on a project basis.

• In our initial contact we take great pains to assess the client’s needs and requirements, by unpacking the business model; operating model; business objectives and challenges in the market and industry
• We then formally document expected outcomes/results expected from our involvement. In this we are very candid about what we can deliver and within what timeframe or if we cannot deliver
• All engagements are based on a formal agreement, which will define, the scope of work, the deliverables, methodology/approach we will adopt and outline the commercial terms of the engagement
• These terms are encapsulated in a master service agreement and non-disclosure agreement. Where these are duly signed by the authorised office bearers, a team is recruited to fulfil the terms of the master agreement
